To enrich employees’ leisure life and strengthen team cohesion, Xinmao Pine Chemical recently organized a five-day team-building program themed “Memories of Jiangnan” in Suzhou and Hangzhou. Departing from Xingan, employees traveled through the Jiangnan region, experiencing its scenic landscapes and profound cultural heritage, while deepening friendships and building momentum for future work.

The first stop was Wuzhen Xizha, where stone-paved streets, wooden boats, and lantern-lit nights immersed the team in the tranquil poetry of the water town. The slower pace of the ancient lanes allowed work fatigue to quietly fade away.

The group then traveled to Suzhou, strolling through the Humble Administrator’s Garden, listening to the distant bells of Hanshan Temple, and enjoying an evening walk along Qilishantang Street. Through traditional Pingtan storytelling and vibrant street life, they experienced the gentle elegance of Suzhou.

In Nanxun Ancient Town, employees appreciated the unique charm of historic architecture. At Songcheng in Hangzhou, they watched the immersive performance “Romance of the Song Dynasty”, gaining a vivid sense of Jiangnan’s deep historical and cultural heritage. Visits to Lingyin Temple, the legends of Leifeng Pagoda, and a boat ride on West Lake, as well as explorations of Hefang Street and the former residence of Hu Xueyan, allowed employees to experience the poetic and lively character of Jiangnan streets and culture.

This team-building activity combined natural sightseeing, cultural immersion, and team interaction, effectively bringing colleagues closer and strengthening team cohesion. Employees expressed that they would transform the beauty and inspiration gained from the journey into motivation at work, value their time together, and continue to work in unity and collaboration to contribute to the company’s high-quality development.
