From March to April 2026, Guangdong Komo Group Co., Ltd. launched its 2026 Spring Campus Recruitment Program, focusing on the recruitment and development of high-potential graduating students as its talent pipeline strategy. Organized by the Group’s Administration and Human Resources Department, KOMO’s recruitment team visited a number of universities, including Guangxi University, Guangxi Minzu University, Northwest A&F University, and Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology, where it participated in on-campus job fairs and open recruitment events for 2026 bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral graduates. The program primarily targeted candidates for management trainee roles.

Closely aligned with the Company’s business development priorities, the spring recruitment initiative focused on students majoring in polymer materials, applied chemistry, organic chemistry, forest products chemical engineering, automation, and other related disciplines. The goal is to build a strong talent pipeline for key functions including R&D, production, process engineering, quality management, and corporate management. During the campus events, KOMO engaged with students through company presentations, resume screening, and preliminary interviews, offering a comprehensive introduction to the Company’s growth prospects, talent development system, and competitive compensation and benefits framework.
