Xinmao Pine Chemical
On February 24, Xinmao held a kick-off ceremony and safety meeting for post-holiday resumption. Management reviewed past achievements and outlined the strategic direction for 2026, encouraging employees to stay pragmatic and committed. Red envelopes were distributed to boost morale. The EHS department then conducted safety training focused on operational procedures and emergency response, alongside risk inspections to ensure accountability.
On February 25, Guangdong ReXtra held a mobilization meeting for 2026, aligning all employees with annual goals and laying a solid foundation for the year ahead.
On February 26, Hunan Komo organized a “First Safety Lesson After Chinese New Year” along with occupational health training. Red envelopes were distributed to employees returning on time, enhancing morale and team cohesion.
On March 6, Guangxi Komo focused on key safety priorities—including major hazard sources and standardized management practices—while conducting an emergency drill for thermal oil leakage and fire scenarios. Management emphasized strict safety accountability.
On March 10, a safety guidance team from Chongzuo City conducted on-site inspections, reviewing safety measures, risk management, and emergency preparedness, and providing professional guidance for improvement.
On March 5, Pu’er Komo held a comprehensive safety meeting, supplemented by training on operational skills and accommodation management for external personnel. The company emphasized building the year on a foundation of safety and diligent effort.
