On January 31, 2026, KOMO Group held its 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony at its headquarters under the theme “Setting Sail for New Horizons.” Senior executives, representatives from subsidiaries, and outstanding employees gathered to review the achievements of the past year, recognize exemplary contributions, and outline the company’s future development.
The ceremony opened with all attendees singing the company song, “Love of the Pine Tree,” symbolizing the resilience and steadfast spirit that define the KOMO team. During the event, teams and individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance in technological innovation, safety management, quality management, and business operations were formally recognized.
Three subsidiaries—Guangxi Komo, Ji’an Xinmao, and Pu’er Komo—received honors including “Learning-Oriented Enterprise,” “Safety Benchmark Enterprise,” “Quality Management Benchmark Enterprise,” and “Business Management Benchmark Enterprise.” In addition, technological innovation projects from several units, including Jiangxi Jin’an, were awarded the Special Award, while ten frontline employees were named Outstanding Employees of the Group.

This year’s ceremony also introduced the Lifetime Achievement Award for Distinguished Retirement, honoring two long-serving employees for their decades of dedication and loyal service to the company.

In his closing remarks, Chairman Zeng Guangjian highly commended the achievements made in 2025 and announced a major strategic milestone:
“In 2026, KOMO will officially launch its subsidiary plant in Zimbabwe, marking a key step in the company’s international expansion.”
He emphasized that the Group will continue to pursue innovation-driven growth and talent-oriented development, while expanding its global footprint with a broader international vision.

The ceremony was not only a celebration of achievement but also the starting point of a new journey. KOMO Group is moving forward with confidence—setting sail toward new horizons and accelerating its course into a new era of high-quality development.
