2007 November 20 Hunan Kemaolin Chemical Co., Ltd. was incorporated.

In November 2007, it was honored as “Hunan Forestry Industry Leading Enterprise” by Hunan Forestry Department and Hunan Forestry Products Industry Association.

In December 2007, the resin product was awarded the "China International Forestry Products Expo Silver Award" by the China International Forest Product Industry Association.

On April 3, 2015, Hunan Kemaolin Chemical Co., Ltd. and Yongzhou Kemaolin Chemical Co., Ltd. signed the “Asset Acquisition Agreement” to acquire the entire assets of Yongzhou Kemaolin Co., Ltd.

From May to August 2008, the certificate of real estate license and real estate license of Yongzhou Kemaolin Chemical Co., Ltd. was changed to Hunan Kemaolin Chemical Co., Ltd.
